As a Dining Room Supervisor at Rydal Park, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training team members
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Running Show Time meetings to review menu and service standards
- Attending Connect meetings and production meetings as requested

Salary Range: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field; or equivalent knowledge
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification required
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certification preferred
