We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Rydal Park, a HumanGood community. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and training team members
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Preparing work schedules and overseeing daily work assignments for Wait Staff

Salary Range: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field; or equivalent knowledge
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification required
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certification preferred
