Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN at Rydal Park, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, staff, and visitors.
About the Role
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments to identify individualized care needs.
- Develop and implement plans of care, supervising resident care as needed.
- Collaborate with care partners to coordinate assignments and maintain accountability for resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- Prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.
