Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking dedicated per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team!
In this role, you will actively embrace our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. You will build relationships with residents to identify their unique interests and needs, helping them achieve maximum independence and engagement through exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with essential needs, daily living activities, and recreational programs, all while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
Full-Time Availability Required for All Shifts
Our new, lower staff-to-resident ratios mean CNAs can focus on delivering high-quality care with a manageable workload!
Competitive rates starting at $19 based on experience, including additional pay for night, evening, and weekend shifts!
To excel in this position, you should possess :
- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or enrollment in a CNA program
- Previous CNA or caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
