We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team, supporting our Federal Customers mission in Washington, DC. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.
Core Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with other government and contractor staff to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application.
- Provide support which will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications / requirements provided by the system owner.
- Assist in supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development.
Requirements
ACTIVE TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE (w / the ability to obtain an SCI)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or micro services, database, search).with a minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and / or upgrading of software systems.Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24 / 7 availability.Strong proficiency in Angular (version 13 and up) for front-end development.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices and backend systems.Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning.Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration.Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI / CD pipeline implementation.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication / authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and DevOps best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamPreferred Additional Skills and Qualifications
