Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Body Shop Manager to join our team in the Collision Center. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Body Shop in the critical areas of financial management, guest experience and performance of personnel.

Schedule/Pay
- Open availability to work days, nights and Saturdays
- Pay range is $60K-$100K based on managerial experience

Responsibilities
- Effective and innovative management of work flow process and Body Shop function, meeting and exceeding standards for excellence
- Delivering positive customer experience through coaching and training of all customer facing administrative staff
- Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement, whether reducing inefficiency or increasing productivity
- Growth mindset to grow self, others and department revenue
- Coach, develop and train leadership team as well as build successful relationships with all Body Shop employees
- Monitor the finances of the Body Shop, including the annual budget, employee volume output and budget forecasting
Qualifications
- 3-5 years management experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving skills
