At Ryder, we are seeking motivated individuals to be part of a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive locally and be home daily!
Competitive Pay : Get paid weekly with a guaranteed minimum of $1,205 per week.
Incentive Structure : Earn $0.47 per mile with approximately 2,500 miles per week, $12.00 per stop with 5 stops per week, and $6.00 for each drop / hook.
Bonuses : Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus at 30 and 90 days, along with a shutdown bonus of $2,000 in two installments and a quarterly safety bonus of $250 if applicable.
Schedule : Work Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with flexible start times.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver locally to KY & TN; routes are designed for home daily schedules.
Drive a Day Cab truck with a 53' Dry Van trailer, handling no-touch freight like auto parts.
Demonstrate strong backing skills and ensure safety compliance on the job.

Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a drug test and background check.
Hold a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.
Have 9 months of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.
Display the ability to follow instructions and understand regulations.
Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
Maintain records and logs accurately.
Load / unload freight as required or assist others in the process.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
