We want dedicated individuals to drive with us at Ryder!
Weekly Pay : Ryder Drivers are paid weekly with a guaranteed minimum of $1205.
Mileage Compensation : Earn $0.47 per mile with approximately 2500 miles per week.
Stop Pay : Receive $12.00 for each of the 5 stops per week.
Drop and Hook Compensation : $6.00 for each drop or hook.
Sign-On Bonus : Get $1000 after 30 days and an additional $1000 after 90 days.
Shutdown Bonus : Earn $2000 in two installments.
Safety Bonus : Up to $250 per quarter when eligible.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday with flexible start times based on a bid system.
Delivery Regions : Deliver solo within Kentucky and Tennessee.
Route : Local routes with daily home time.
Tractor Type : Day Cab.
Trailer Type : 53' Dry Van.
Freight Type : No-touch freight consisting of auto parts.
Strong Backing Skills : Required for the role.

Job Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Successfully pass a Ryder Drug Test.
Pass a background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from the last 3 years.
Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
Hold a valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements.
Minimum driving experience required : 9 months in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years.
Ability to follow instructions and understand laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
Identify and minimize safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records and logs.
Assist with loading and unloading freight as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
