Join Our Team as a Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Driver!
We are currently hiring the right individuals to drive with us at Ryder!
Enjoy weekly pay, with a guaranteed $1,360 every week.
Earn $0.54 per mile for solo miles, averaging around 2,500 miles weekly.
Get paid $11.00 for each stop, with 5 - 10 stops each week.
Receive $6.00 for each drop and hook.
Work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Flexible start times for both AM and PM shifts.
Sign-On Bonus of $2,000 : $1,000 after 30 days and another $1,000 after 90 days.
Shutdown Bonus : $2,000 in your first year, paid in two installments.
Earn up to $250 per quarter in safety bonuses (if applicable).
Deliver SOLO to states including IN, IL, AR, MO, KY, TN.
Local routes allow you to be home daily.
Drive a day cab tractor with options for manual or automatic transmissions.
Transport freight using a 53' dry van with swing doors.
No-touch freight; haul auto parts.
Strong backing skills are essential.
Company-paid scale bypass included.

Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a drug test and background checks.
Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers is required for the last three years.
Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
Hold a valid Class A CDL with the necessary endorsements.
Have verifiable experience : 9 months in the last 3 years, 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years driving a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
Ability to follow instructions and understand regulations is essential.
