Job Description : As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivery and merchandising to ensuring our products are well-presented and available to customers. You will work closely with store managers and other team members to deliver products, maintain displays, stock inventory, and support promotional activities.

7 day a week Operation.
8 pm OR 3 am Start Times
Comprehensive training and support.

Key Responsibilities :

Route Delivery of products

Stock and organize product displays to ensure they are visually appealing and fully stocked.

Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Assist with setting up promotional displays and signage.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.

Collaborate with store managers and other team members to achieve sales goals.

Drive Company owed Box Trucks to each Location.

Product Placement Specialist.

Qualifications :

No Experience Required

Valid Driver's License

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills for inventory management.

Ability to lift and move products as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age

Minimum of 9 months of verifiable driving experience

Pass a Ryder Drug Test

Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment :

9 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR

2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years' experience within the last 10 years

Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Must have a valid driver's license

Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions

Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures

Important Note : Additional requirements may be required in different locations and / or accounts.

Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.

Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines

Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards

Maintaining accurate records Loading / Unloading freight or assisting in the loading / unloading of freight if required by customer

Other tasks as assigned
