Summary

The Director National Accounts FMS will have the responsibility to manage and identify customer's needs by developing strategic goals and objectives.

Essential Functions

• Plan & implement strategic / consultative sales process to maximize account penetration. Evaluate the current and potential sales opportunities with existing customers. Implement customer review and margin improvement process to insure customer satisfaction and maximize Ryder's EVA. Develop relationships with senior management and all buying influences in the customers organization. Identify and appropriately utilize headquarters and third-party sales resources
• Prepare strategic account plan using target account selling process. Develop complete knowledge and understanding of competitive alternatives in the market place
• Coordinate administrative areas that support the selling activity in a manner which promote teamwork
• Training and improvement of sales skills, industry knowledge and personal growth needs.

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Pay Type :

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range : 79,000

Maximum Pay Range :

80,000 plus uncapped commissions

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type.
