The Corporate Director of Human Resources will lead the overall HR strategy for a multi-location skilled nursing facility (SNF) chain. This role is responsible for talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations, with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition & Retention :
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, therapists, and administrative staff.Implement innovative recruitment and retention programs to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership to establish a strong employer brand and foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees across multiple locations.
