YOUR ROLE
As an Excavation Foreman, you will be responsible for managing excavation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. You will lead a team of laborers and machine operators, coordinating tasks such as digging, trenching, grading, and foundation work. Your role will involve operating and maintaining heavy machinery, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and ensuring all work complies with safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Through clear communication and strong leadership, you will keep projects on schedule while maintaining a productive and safe work environment.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This position follows a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM . Overtime opportunities are available for those looking to take on additional work.
