Rye Republic is hiring support team members to join our team.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all guests have a positive experience
- Engaging with guests in a positive friendly way
- Set up and break down of bar and dining room daily
- Setting and resetting tables
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all associates, contributing as a team member throughout the restaurant
Qualifications and Background:
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, warm, hard working and coachable
- Curiosity about all things food and beverage
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, stoop and climb up and down stairs.
- Experience is preferred, but not required. Attitude is more important than experience. We want people who are going to join our team and work their way up

Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
