We are growing & looking for an experienced Superintendent. This skilled management position requires a variety of home remodeling knowledge to support the growth of our business. We are dedicated to excellent customer service & quality work. **Please read this description in its entirety before you apply**
Compensation
- Earn $1,400 - $1,700 a week plus quarterly production bonuses

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality work from start to finish in a timely & cost-effective manner.
- Supervise & Manage 8-10 RBC field projects, including coordinating & scheduling subcontractors, inspections, & delivery of supplies.
- Communicate & coordinate with homeowners twice a week on upcoming work, project schedule, & subcontractor access.
- Work with Office Staff to ensure all signed project documents & invoices are accounted for as well as payment for subcontractors.
- Record & transfer all progress pictures, electronic documents, files, etc. to a company Dropbox account during the project.

Requirements
- Integrity
- Must have current Driver’s License & Insurance
- Must have at least 5 years of in the field experience in residential remodeling
- Must pass screening process including a background check, driving record & drug test
- Must have a smartphone
- Must have proficiency with computers/smart phone to access & utilize email and common office software and company database.
