As a Lead SAP Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of our dynamic SAP team, playing a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the sales and distribution module in SAP. This exciting opportunity allows you to interact with our business users, understand their needs, and collaborate closely with our talented programmers to drive system improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support the Sales functions on our production ECC 6.0 on HANA system
Collaborate on system enhancements with business experts, programmers, and other analysts
Gather Requirements and develop functional and technical designs for requested enhancements
Define and execute test cases
Identify, investigate, and/or confirm reported issues
Determine the source of the issue and coordinate its resolution

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar business area
5+ years of relevant work experience in SAP
Experience working within the Sales and Distribution module with a high-level of understanding in Pricing and ATP is a strong plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access, including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups, and query writing to collect, transform, and evaluate data to provide actionable information
Strong quantitative and logical thinking skills, combined with the ability to think creatively to envision relationships between data and communicate those findings to key decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and understand new software products and concepts, including the ability to self-instruct using available texts and other resources
Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail, ability to organize tasks, and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $101,000-$130,000 annually. A starting salary higher than $101,00 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
