We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide direct HR business partner support to CSW’s leadership across multiple locations, including University Park, Downers Grove, IL, Greensboro, NC, and Cincinnati, OH. Your expertise will be crucial in managing various ongoing human resources projects and driving the implementation of process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborates with leadership to understand and execute CSW and Ryerson’s human resource and talent strategies, particularly as they relate to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, development, and succession planning.
Takes the lead in defining and managing projects to improve and enhance HR practices and programs pertaining to talent management.
Partners with peers in Compensation, Benefits, and Learning and Development to ensure that CSW attracts, develops, and retains top talent through company programs, policies, and procedures in place.
Manages the daily workflow of the CSW HR team, including employee relations, recruiting, data analysis, payroll, etc.
Oversees the talent acquisition process, which includes operations, sales, and professional role recruiting as well as pre-employment check processing.
Partners with EHS to provide support for safety initiatives and ensure work environments remain safe and productive.
Provides support and guidance to direct team and broader employee base when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred
Proven experience managing aforementioned responsibilities through a minimum of 7 years of experience working as an HR professional
Experience directly managing a team required
Prior experience supporting employees in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; requires approachable, responsive, results-oriented, and proactive personal traits
Strong business acumen and ability to project confidence while communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent collaboration abilities across a decentralized HR team
Travel – up to 10%
Salary: $96,716-$145,074 annually. A starting salary higher than $96,716 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
