As a Customer Experience Supervisor at Ryerson, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work for customer experience representatives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide all coaching, sales mentorship and training for team members
- Provide a cohesive and collaborative culture promoting open, frequent communication
- Drive hiring process for new team members as necessary
- Appraising performance in all sales functional areas
- Drive sales and margin growth that align with corporate/regional strategies
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive levels of sales experience in the metals industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include ownership of performance management responsibilities
- Knowledge of metals prices, inventory and quality
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Expertise with SAP, Sales Force
