Ryerson is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the management and strategy of our Operations and Sales functions for our Denver Service Center. As General Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day management and operational responsibility for the facility which includes sales, production, warehouse employees, production supervisors, quality, shipping and logistics, maintenance, and administrative office staff.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all commercial and operational activities within the service center
- Drive strong safety culture in conformance with company and industry standards
- Drive the team to meet service and quality goals
- Establish sales, profit, and operational goals to achieve EBITDA targets
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to grow and support the service center product offering
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Build credibility and trust while providing an excellent customer experience
- Understand the financial basics of the business as they relate to the profitability of the company
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-5 years of successful leadership experience in a metals or metals distribution environment
- GM experience and/or sales management experience with P&L responsibilities
- Must also have experience in the development and execution of strategically defined sales programs that have shown profitable growth in different market applications

Salary : $162,647 - $203,309
