JOB REQUIREMENTS : Position Description : Guy Metals, part of the Ryerson family of companies, has an opportunity for a Driver position. As a Driver you are responsible for transporting products from our vendor in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The future will be made from metal. This position is Monday - Friday with two nights on the road. Roles and Responsibilities :
- Pick up at our vendor in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin
- Truck is loaded, need to strap down and head back
- Maintain truck and trailer safety as outlined by the FMCSA
- Loading and unloading trucks. Must verify secure load.
- Receiving and stocking material
- Order pulling and computer entry
- Maintain plant safety and cleanliness
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Position Requirements :
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience
- Unexpired Class A CDL truck driver\'s license and must have clean driving record
- Valid FMCSA medical card
- Demonstrated flatbed truck experience
- Experience making customer deliveries and pick-ups
