Construction Laborer : Seasonal or Part-Time

We are a small construction company based out of the Fargo-Moorhead area. Our company values are rooted in a desire to honor Jesus in all we do. We specialize in shops and garages but also build homes and other specialty projects as well. Our projects typically include framing, siding, roofing, windows and doors. We may also work on interior finishing for shops and homes. A wide variety of projects gives a unique opportunity for our employees to become well rounded in a number of building trades and offers a change of pace from day to day.

A number of skills are required for this job and we hold high expectations for quality work and independence on the job site. We do not require significant experience but we do require an ability to learn, an understanding of construction practices, and the ability to complete consistent quality workmanship. Ideally we would like to develop a candidate who can take on some projects at the jobsite independently.

Strong Work Ethic

Ryezon Construction values employees who have a willingness and desire to work hard. Construction work is fast-paced and physically demanding. It requires heavy lifting, climbing heights, etc. If you do not enjoy that type of work, this job is not for you.

It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure they are coming to work mentally and physically prepared to do their job. This means taking care of your body by getting a good night’s sleep, staying hydrated during the day, being safe on the job, and using proper body mechanics.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
