As a CNC Operator, you will make components for first articles or production. Successful candidates will be monitoring quality by: taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
What You'll Do...
- Monitor quality by taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control
- Adhere to quality assurance procedures and proccess
- Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
- Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50-75lbs
- May stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must have adequate sight to read blueprints
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of G & M codes
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with HAAS CNC mills, preferred
- Experience with HASS CNC lathes, preferred
- 2 year degree in machining, preferred
- Ability to read precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gages
- Ability to speak, write, read and comprehend procedures in English
- Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless and plastics)
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
