Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential projects.
- Coordinate project tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, landscape designs, and project specifications.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including skid steers, trenchers, and mowers.
- Install softscape and hardscape elements, including plants, pavers, retaining walls, and irrigation systems.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and skill development.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Ensure compliance with local landscaping and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment.
Qualifications:
- 5 years proven experience in residential landscaping, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to read and execute landscape blueprints and design plans.
- CDL license required (for equipment transportation and hauling materials).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, operate equipment, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
