Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead and oversee landscape maintenance crews on residential properties.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and fertilization.
- Monitor job progress and report any issues or delays to management.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Interact professionally with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
Qualifications:
- 5 years proven experience in landscaping maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping tools and machinery.
- DOT Health Card (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
