Job Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a very complex calendar including travel and strategic prioritization of appointments
- Provide end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning
- Help drive the ROB (Rhythm of Business) scheduling and team calendar items
- Coordinate staff meetings, events, and offsites, including agenda management, meeting logistics, and material preparation
- Partner with the team’s admin lead to effectively offer cross-support for multiple teams
- Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables or priorities
- Understanding of the team budget, including Purchase Orders and expenses, and morale costs
- Manage vendor accounts as needed

- 3 years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, calendar management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 2 years supporting an executive in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and to solve routine problems proactively and effectively
- Aptitude for rolling with changing circumstances (direction and strategy) while continuing to have professional and positive interactions
- Ability to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short notice, and take appropriate action
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions
- Adaptable and work in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors internally and externally
