Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented short-term Data Entry Associate to assist our corporate communications team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, who is highly organized, and who has the ability to manage large volumes of data, all within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce
- Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry
- Complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- 1 years of experience with Salesforce and Excel
- Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
- Strong experience in data entry in high-volume
- Construction and billing cycle experience
- Strong expertise in Construction invoices and contracts
- Experience in VLOOKUPs and formatting tables
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and a self-starter
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
