Job Overview:
The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; and will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst analyzes and communicates financial information for clients.
This person will be involved with this team and think about ways they can provide value to subsidiary partners. Work with the team to think about establishing something new.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports
- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry,y and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
- Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks
- Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and entire industries
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline is required; an advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred
- 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience required
- Accounting knowledge
- Project Management experience (supporting the business functions/discussing with partners/creating Bis or tools/reporting)
- Data Center Experience/Industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data
- Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software
*Salary Range: $58-61/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
