Key Responsibilities:
Review and Process Final Payment Requests:
- Review employee separation records and documentation.
- Validate timekeeping system records against the payroll system to ensure accuracy.
- Process final payments promptly and accurately in accordance with company policies and state laws.
Compliance with Pay Policies and State Laws:
- Stay updated on company pay policies and any relevant state laws.
- Ensure that all final payment requests comply with these policies and laws.
Wage Adjustment Requests:
- Process wage adjustment requests for active and separated employees as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies during wage adjustment processing.
