We are seeking a dedicated Residential Remodeling Drywall Specialist to join our talented crew. If you have extensive experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair, take pride in your craftsmanship, and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with excellent benefits, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels with precision; execute taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve a flawless finish.
- Perform repair and patchwork on existing drywall to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to maintain high standards and precision in every project.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Engage with team members and clients to ensure clarity, address concerns, and secure project success.
- Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and repair in residential remodeling settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges within the company.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Full-time, 40 to 45 hours per week, 8 hour shifts
- Pay Range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
