What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time - Busser - Ole Red Las Vegas position at Ryman Hospitality Properties?
Provide exceptional service while delivering and serving food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guest tables. Clean and reset tables while maintaining restaurant cleanliness efficiently and professionally. Perform other front-of-house duties that increase the efficiency and productivity of the front-of-house team for a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination.
- Deliver food and beverages to table, pre-bus as necessary.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Respond to guest concerns / complaints regarding food or service and correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Reset tables within three minutes of guest departure
- Maintain line of sight / atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles.
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Makes sure trash receptacles are clean and odor free.
- Clean all spills immediately. Use floor signs to caution guests and staff.
- Keep the booster seats and high chairs clean. Alert leadership about any highchair safety issues.
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and personal appearance.
- Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening / running / closing duties.
- Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
