Job Description
Customer Relations Associate
We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate to work in our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Field customer inquiries via various contact methods including but not limited to: phone, email, web platforms, chat
Maintain orders and inventory within Microsoft Dynamics GP
Process returns, claims, warranty issues
Create and manage internal and external facing reporting for sales teams and clients
Maintain client KPI’s for backorders, shipments, cancellation rates and more
Work closely with key departments to help facilitate program success
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus but not required
Strong organization skills
Previous office experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Support role is strongly desired
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) candidates are a plus
