Role Overview:
As a Sales Advocate, you will be the face of Cricket Wireless, engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions, showcase products, and meet their wireless needs. You’ll work as part of a team to hit sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Sales & Service: Provide outstanding customer service by listening to customer needs, recommending the right products and services, and delivering solutions that help them stay connected.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including sales of mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure store goals are met, and assist in creating a positive work environment.
- Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up, product knowledge, and exceptional service that turns one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or commission-based sales is a plus, but we’re open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers find solutions.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with mobile devices and technology to assist customers in choosing the right products and services.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time. Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 12 PM to 5 PM. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Location: Conveniently located in a busy retail area of Merrillville, IN, with easy access to shopping centers and local businesses.
