The ideal candidate is eager to grow and learn and is looking for an opportunity to advance their design skills. In this role, you will support the design team with various projects and tasks.Position ResponsibilitiesEnsure website pages are professionally styled with supporting graphicsManage coupon website updatesConfigure client information in the WordPress backend for UI / Visual DesignersComplete post-launch checklists, which include compressing imagesComplete website update ticketsDesign graphics for various marketing campaigns, such as paid media ads, landing pages, Google Business Profile posts, etc.Act as a notetaker for the Design teamReview websites to catch errorsUpload images to WordPress galleriesUpdate spreadsheetsOther duties as assigned by managementRequirementsA portfolio submission highlighting previous design projectsStrong visual design skillsBasic Photoshop KnowledgeExperience with Figma and WordPressExperience working in Microsoft and Google applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sheets, and Docs)Basic HTML / CSS knowledge is a plus or be willing to learnFamiliarity with current web trends and other UI / UX considerationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCreative and detail-orientedA passion for learning and growing as a digital design professionalA team player who takes pride in their workDelivers high-quality results on every project by balancing speed, meticulous attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach to evolving client needs.The total compensation for this non-exempt, salaried opportunity includes a base salary of $40,000 to $50,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
