RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a talented SEO Analyst to join our team!

This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) accounts, monitors and communicates campaign progress back to management, assigns SEO content requests, creates market strategies, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve company SEO campaigns.

We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, positive, analytical, demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and can take ownership of campaign performance.

Position Responsibilities

Perform keyword research based on client goals and campaign focusReview and analyze clients' sites for areas of improvementAssign SEO contentDevelop and implement campaign SEO strategiesStrategize ways to improve and track site performanceConsult with PPC account manager to synchronize effortsCoordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departmentsStay current on the latest local SEO and algorithm updatesOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements

Basic WordPress experience1-2 years of SEO account management experience (including Local SEO)Strong grammatical skillsA good sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun!Preferred Skills

2-4 years of current SEO account management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized with strong time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesPerformance case studies showcasing keyword decisions based on research, link-building strategies, on and off-page implementation, and performance outcomeThorough understanding of Search Console and Google AnalyticsA thorough understanding of current SEO techniques with an interest in continuing education and improvementExperience with Google My Business, SEMrush, and BrightLocalA strong eye for detail and a strive to consistently produce quality workA team player who enjoys collaborating with othersThe total compensation for this salaried non-exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
