Local property management company looking to add a Residential Property Manager to assist with the daily residential property management operations. This is a 40 hour per week position. This position requires a service-oriented person who will work with our owners, tenants, vendors, and service providers. The right person will be well-spoken, capable of multi-tasking, and detail oriented. Will train the right person.
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties. Key responsibilities and functions include:
- Tenant Relations:
- Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Property Maintenance:
- Scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance and repairs.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Ensuring the property is in good condition and compliant with lease terms.
- Financial Management:
- Managing budgets and expenditures.
- Providing financial reports to property owners, when necessary.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws.
- Staying up-to-date on landlord-tenant regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
