Job Summary: As RYSE’s Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts through developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing overall brand visibility and driving profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Direct and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels ensuring alignment with the company’s vision
- Create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various mediums including digital, social media, email, print, and events
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to support individual and departmental success
- Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation to effectively optimize ROI
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and data-driven insights to evaluate impact
- Conduct market research to identify customer insights, trends, competitive brands, and target audience segmentation
- Remain informed of new marketing techniques and technologies to maximize brand visibility and engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior marketing or director of marketing position
- Demonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns increasing the brand/company’s revenue and value
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing platforms and avenues
- Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience executing marketing strategies for CPG brands, preferably in the Energy/beverage category
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Personal passion for health and wellness
