Job Summary: As RYSE’s Trade Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts by implementing and driving marketing strategies and promotional activities specifically targeted at retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other trade partners within the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive marketing initiatives which may include promotional campaigns, merchandising, pricing strategies, co-marketing opportunities, and other endeavors
- Plan and carry out trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to stimulate demand and increase sell-through
- Work with cross-functional teams on developing point-of-sale materials, product displays, appealing signage, and more
- Ensure the brand is prepared and well-represented for on-premises environments and trade events
- Establish strong relationships and impact with key distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and new potential business partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a trade marketing position or a related role
- Demonstrated knowledge of business-to-business marketing with partners such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and vendors
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Able to operate independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
- Personal passion for health and wellness
