Job Summary : As RYSE’s Paid Ad Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts through skillful planning and negotiation in securing optimal advertising space and time across various media channels. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing large budgets and optimizing ad campaigns for emerging brands.
Responsibilities :
Manage daily execution of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Amazon seller central and other trafficked websitesCoordinate the implementation of advertising initiatives including scheduling, placement, and creative asset deliveryNegotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors to secure optimal placement for advertisementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prepare advertising units and marketing materials for launching in acquired spacesMonitor and analyze performance of media buys by tracking metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, etc.Assist in prospecting and exploring new potential advertising networksDevelop relationships with media and paid advertising vendors / entitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into media buyingEducation and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in media buying, paid advertising, digital ads or a related roleStrong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with media vendorsProficiency in media planning tools and softwareAble to work at a desk / on a computer for up to 8 hours a dayStandout Qualifications :
Certifications in media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Able to work independently and effectively while also contributing to a teamPersonal passion for health and wellnessWhat we offer :
