Territory : Southwest Region (Southern California, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona)
Job Summary : As RYSEs Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSEs sales efforts by managing all sales and revenue-generating activities with retailers / distributors, conceiving and executing business strategies to drive corporate objectives, and managing other sales members in the assigned region.
Responsibilities :
Create, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors to grow the portfolio for RYSE Fuel products in the assigned regionConceptualize and apply a sales strategy to target key markets establishing a dominant presence in the regionDevelop and execute promotional programs and activities with key retailers and distributorsManage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner including frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.Manage sales forecasts and budgets to deliver profitable growth for the assigned regionReport on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trendsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer agreements, increase revenue, and address customer needsEnsure costs are controlled, monitored, and budgets are not exceededCoach, mentor, and develop Area Sales Managers and Field Sales RepresentativesFlexible with travel as needed for the roleEducation and Requirements :
5 years of sales experience in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environmentDemonstrated knowledge of Wholesalers, distributors and retail customersProven success in generating high-growth sales in an assigned regionExperience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpotExperience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG)Standout Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills, time-management and organizational skillsAble to establish and maintain positive rapport and credibility with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and all levels of collaborating partnersWhat we offer :
