Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

Experience:

- Current Certification as a Home Health Aide
- Previous experience in home health care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with catheter care and basic wound care is desirable
