What We Need:
- Physical Ability: Lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces.
- Driver's License: Valid with 3 years of driving experience.
- Background Check: Clean background check back to age 18.
- Availability: Willingness to work M-F and to travel overnight, weekends and night hours as needed.
At Rytech of the Midlands we are a high-profile, fun, fast-paced Contents Restoration company that is on a mission to redefine the content restoration industry. Injecting a proven system designed to safely and speedily get homeowners/and businesses made whole after a loss.
We are looking for individuals who will be responsible for handling the daily tasks associated with each job including, but not limited to; inventorying, pack-outs, and cleaning contents from customer’s homes in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Pack up customer contents, including a digital inventory process, packaging, wrapping, boxing, and storage.
- Evaluate each item and determine if the item is salvageable (save) or non-salvageable (not able to save).
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Understand the importance of valuable personal items to our clients and appropriately clean and process them.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the contents processes and equipment preferred.
- Packer/Mover/Inventory
- Fire cleaning experience is a plus.
- Soft goods and textile cleaning experience is a plus
- A great attitude and ability to be adaptable.
- Customer Service
- Ability to problem solve.
- Proficiency with a smartphone and tablet.
- Able to work occasional out of town and overnights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check, and drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
