Centralized Scheduler
Your responsibilities:
- Speak with clients via phone in order to schedule, cancel or change appointments.
- Effectively collaborate with all departments in order to provide potential clients with easy access to agency services.
- Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries with clients, families, co-workers, and community resources.
- Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times; demonstrate appropriate behaviors, emotions, and communication skills, i.e. frustration tolerance, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
- Effectively coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with therapists in order to maintain and project schedules and availability. Ensure accurate documentation of all communications; ensure the timely and effective paperwork flow as well as thorough and accurate record keeping systems.
- Follow-up with specific program admission personnel to help ensure appropriate customer service.
- Field all incoming phone inquiries, provide customers with emotional and crisis support when needed, and screen all service requests.
- Schedule all active client sessions, reschedules, and cancelations for outpatient services
You'll need:

As a member of the Intake team, the Centralized Scheduler manages the schedules for all outpatient therapists and is responsible for scheduling appointments for clients. The Centralized Scheduler fields incoming calls and projects timelines in order to promote timeliness of services and productivity. The Centralized Scheduler also provides clients and families with emotional and crisis support when needed.
