The Creative Director will oversee the creation of innovative, on-brand designs while fostering collaboration across teams. You’ll lead by example, driving high-quality design output, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging your expertise in digital platforms and design tools to elevate our campaigns. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on creative execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Creation : Develop high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, online advertisements, and multimedia content.

Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with the company’s and clients' brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.

Collaborative Projects : Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with marketing strategies and business goals.

UX / UI Support : Work with product and development teams to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for all digital platforms; web, email, paid media, social, etc.

Campaign Assets : Create compelling visuals for digital advertising campaigns, such as banners, retargeting ads, and promotional graphics.

Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

File Management : Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital platforms.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch for UX / UI design.

Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Adobe, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.

Skills and Competencies :

A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including web graphics, social media assets, email templates, and campaign visuals.

Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both for internal collaboration and client presentations.

Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
