Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and proficiency in designing across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with all agency and client teams to bring concepts to life and ensure each client's brand resonates with intended audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Creation :  Develop high-quality digital assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, online advertisements, and multimedia content.

Brand Consistency :  Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.

Collaborative Projects :  Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with marketing strategies and business goals.

UX / UI Support :  Collaborate with product teams to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for digital platforms.

Campaign Assets :  Create compelling visuals for digital advertising campaigns, including banners, retargeting ads, and promotional graphics.

Trend Awareness :  Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

File Management :  Organize and maintain a library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital platforms.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, etc.).

Familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch for UX / UI design.

Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Adobe, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including examples of web graphics, social media assets, email and campaign visuals.

Soft Skills :

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
