At RYZE Claim Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Director to join our team in Tampa, FL. As the Human Resources Director , you will play a crucial role in driving our workforce strategies forward. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all HR functions and systems, supervising HR personnel, managing employment relations, and utilizing data analysis to inform decision-making processes. Duties / Responsibilities :
- Oversee all HR functions and systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Supervise the work of HR personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage functional areas of HR, including personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and special projects.
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Accomplish special projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
- Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Develop, update, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Plan and make improvements to new employee orientation processes.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
