We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. We are a growing company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience cleaning short-term rentals (Airbnbs), construction sites, and residential properties for move-in/move-out. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties
- Clean and reset Airbnb properties between guest stays to a 5-star standard
- Perform post-construction cleanups including dust removal, window washing, and floor cleaning
- Handle move-in and move-out cleanings for residential properties
- Restock supplies and report damages or maintenance needs
- Follow checklists and timelines to ensure efficient and thorough cleanings
- Travel to various job sites as needed
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb, residential, or construction cleanup preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Availability on weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
