Job Description:
As an Installation Helper at Ryze Sign Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the installation and maintenance of commercial signs. You will work alongside experienced installers to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of various types of commercial signage (e.g., interior/exterior signs, banners).
- Help load and unload materials and equipment for sign installations.
- Support the installation team with equipment setup and tool preparation.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a high level of professionalism on-site.
- Assist with sign placement, measuring, and alignment.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment as required.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on installed signs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and basic construction equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sign installation or construction is a plus but not required.
