We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Electronics Manufacturing company located in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a Contract position - Day shift and 100% Onsite. Responsibilities-Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Utilize strong communication skills to assist clients effectively via phone and email.Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.Manage inventory and assist with cash handling as needed.Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and presentations.Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and gather feedback.Requirements-Bachelor of Arts or Bachelors of Science degree preferredMinimum 2 years of Customer Service experienceMicrosoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel proficiencyCustomer portal management experience strongly preferred Underlying functional work skills-Must be capable of thinking and acting independently with minimal supervisionMust be comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with customersProven skills in ownership of what it takes to achieve strong Customer satisfaction results Social skills-Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitudeThorough detail-oriented, with excellent focus on getting resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong work ethic and proactive attitude
