What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow HRSD Solution Lead position at Ryzen Solutions?
One of our client located in Foster City, CA, is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Lead to manage HRSD implementation, workflows, and integrations for their Technology team. It requires 8 years in ServiceNow, 2 in HRSD, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and a Certified Implementation Specialist or Admin preferred. W2 Onsite.
- This individual will need to demonstrate strong technology operations management, solution design, product backlog management, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including PEx Stakeholders, and Technology, to govern and deliver system enhancements, releases, and upcoming projects
- As a Solution Lead for our team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our client's HR operations and help them drive business results
- Supporting ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
- Providing hands-on Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
- Working with both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
- Coordinate across various PEx and IT teams to ensure project deliverables are on track and escalate issues as appropriate to be able to mitigate any risk
- Recommend optimizations and improvements to existing solutions based on feedback from PEx stakeholders
- Systematically tracking, documenting, and communicating business requirements to the ServiceNow development team
- Managing design of enhancements including establishing key milestones, finalizing scope and high-level architecture
- Supporting the iterative configuration of ServiceNow HRSD, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
- Perform other role-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in hands-on ServiceNow functional experience, of which, a minimum of 2 years focused on the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module and ongoing maintenance of the application
- Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or Certified System Administrator certification is desired
- 4 years of experience in project management, change management, and user adoption
