What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Manager position at S|1|01|, CACI?
We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized data specialist employee to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for courier runs for the retrieval of data onboard Naval ships and transporting the data back to NSWC Corona. Data specialists would also be required to transfer data via a secure network located at NSWC Corona to and from other locations within the Navy structure.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Traveling to meet US Naval vessels at various locations both CONUS and OCONUS with the purpose of retrieving operational data and transporting the same back to NSWC Corona.
Able to lift 40 to 80 pounds with ease to transport equipment to and from Naval vessels.
Must be able travel for extended periods of time in support of Naval events. Travel could be required for up to 4 weeks depending on the schedule and requirements of the event.
Interaction with the customer may be required at various levels (Project leads, Branch Heads and Division Heads) for upcoming events at various sites.Secret clearance preferred but not required.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain an active government security clearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving.
Knowledgeable of the MS Office suite of applications.
Passport may be required.
